They are on time and always willing to return calls. Upon install of our hot tub we quickly realized Justin “service manager” had all the answers we needed, and if he didn’t know, he found out. He made it very easy to understand the chemistry of the tub and the methods of managing the water. Justin is very diligent and cares about his customers, which will make us a lifelong customer not only due to their large selection and fantastic service, but because they treat us like family! Another loacl company came out to fix our hot tub (it had a leak) Charged me about $700 bucks. Well, it still leaked. Then they wanted to take it in to the shop to fix the whole tub... The price range for this was $750 to $6000 bucks. Justin came out and fixed the leak for $240 bucks, no problems since then. They are the best! Even if you got your hot tub from Backyard. Call Hydrotherapy to get it fixed! You won't regret it.

The entire experience from first contact through delivery and set-up has been exemplary. They even made a special trip out on Saturday to set us up. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. Ian, Joe, Justin, and Timmy all went above and beyond for us. First class service.

I cannot possibly say enough about my experience! Fantastic! Listened to what my needs were and filled it! Installation was so professionally done it looks great! They set appointments and they are always there on time and they make sure you understand everything! Make sure you check these guys out!

I had what appeared to be a leak, I called the selling dealer. They sent a man out, looked at it and said it had to go to shop. They wanted an hourly rate plus $700 to pick up and deliver. I called Hydrotherapy Hot Tubs, was quoted $100 for a service-call including 1 hour of labor. Needed a $9 part. Justin was here about 15 minutes and had it fixed. IT DID NOT NEED TO GO TO SHOP. The bill was approximately $110. Hydrotherapy was at least $700 less than the selling dealer. I would recommend Hydrotherapy for service.

It was terrible weather and they were about to close and stayed late for us. I walked in and picked one I wanted. The salesman Joe was super informative and kind. the guys were awesome and loaded it right up. Very thankful for all the education and we love our new hot tub! Great service and almost 2k cheaper than backyard!!

We had received multiple labor bills and a staggering estimate over $4000 for a repair on our tub from Backyard Leisure. We called to get a second opinion and not only was Justin was able to to fix the tub, but it only costed $650 dollars. What concerned me the most was the reason it did not work. Justin said the wrong part was put into the power pack by the previous dealer, which prevented it from working. I wish we had known this sooner as as we could have enjoyed the hot tub all through Summer and Fall. Thank you for providing quick, reliable service. You have a customer for life!

Just got ours. Had Justin come out before and talked about placement. Came with cover and cover lift, water, chemicals, steps and 5 yr warranty. Came when scheduled and was put in place by guys that were great. Was told about how and when to use the chemicals. Overall a great deal. Thanks guys!👍👍👍

Joe has a very low pressure sales approach and lets the product sell itself! Bought on Saturday, delivered by Justin and Timmy on Friday. Those two work great together and are careful around your home. Justin went over the chemicals and went over every button and knob on the tub! Together they have 32 years of hot tub service! I feel very confident in future service as well!!

Our family has been wanting a hot tub for years. Finally got the recommendation for Hydrotherapy Spas and couldn't be happier. Joe gives you information about whichever tub you are interested in and doesn't make you feel like you need to rush for any decisions. Justin went above and beyond coming to our house ahead of time to discuss some electrical questions and help us plan exactly where we wanted our tub installed. Installation process was a breeze and plenty of education was given. Even after everything is completed, we have reached out for additional help and they continue to give without hesitation. I bought my Hot Tub from Ian in May 2019. The service and assistance from both Shane and Ian have been wonderful. I had an issue come up with the plug last week, and within a couple days the repairman was here to replace and fix it. He was very courteous, polite and answered all my questions. Top notch so far and very happy with my hot tub. Definitely recommend them!
